Common questions
Can I mix brands and products in one order?
Yes. Combining products from several Nordic suppliers in one order is the core of what we do, and many products can be shipped on mixed pallets.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the products and suppliers. Some producers have minimum quantities per item or per order – we tell you in the quote and suggest ways to reach them, for example by adding related products.
What are the lead times?
They vary with supplier, product and destination. You get an estimated timeline with the quote, and we confirm it when the order is placed.
How much shelf life will the products have?
We check best-before dates against supplier data before freight is booked. If you need a minimum remaining shelf life, tell us in your request.
Can you help with labelling for my market?
We collect ingredients, nutrition values and specifications from the producers. For some orders, labelling in the destination language can be arranged – ask us about your market.
How are the goods transported?
By road or sea, for both dry and chilled goods. We coordinate freight and export documents according to the delivery terms we agree on.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed with each customer.
