When you contact us
The contact form on this site does not send or store anything by itself – it opens your own email app with your request filled in. When you email us, we receive your name, company, contact details and the content of your message. We use them to answer your request and, if we do business together, to manage the customer relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to follow up and for the business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Accounting records are kept as required by Swedish law.
Cookies and statistics
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. If you choose a language, a small cookie remembers your choice. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing magnus@litchifoods.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
